Feedback and updates

Send optional product feedback without opening a support incident.

Use this non-urgent path for product impressions, feature ideas, or a request to hear about public launch updates. Use Support instead when an app issue blocks pricing, quote review, saved context, billing review, or bug diagnosis.

Before you send

This route uses your email app, not a website form.

PortionMargin does not currently collect feedback through a website form, CRM, mailing-list provider, analytics service, backend, or runtime AI classifier. The email link opens your email app with a short template; sending the message is your choice.

Include only the minimum detail needed for optional feedback or update interest. Do not include customer names, quote values, ingredient supplier details, business settings, payment details, or other sensitive app-local data.

Non-urgent path

Keep feedback separate from support requests.

Product feedback

Share what would make PortionMargin clearer for bakery quote setup, pricing review, customer-safe quote output, or public help pages.

Update interest

Ask to hear about public availability or major website/app updates. This is not a mailing list signup, launch-date promise, or guaranteed response path.

Support boundary

Use Support for app issues that need troubleshooting context. Feedback messages are reviewed as optional product input and may not receive an individual reply.

Fallback action

Send a minimal email if you still want to share feedback.

  1. 1

    Choose one topic

Pick product feedback, feature idea, update interest, public website clarity, or another non-urgent topic.

  2. 2

    Keep the message small

The template asks for topic, optional reply email, and message. Remove any line that is not needed before sending.

  3. 3

    Use your email app

The website does not submit anything automatically. Your email app controls whether a message is sent.
