Use this non-urgent path for product impressions, feature ideas, or a request to hear about public launch updates. Use Support instead when an app issue blocks pricing, quote review, saved context, billing review, or bug diagnosis.
Before you send
PortionMargin does not currently collect feedback through a website form, CRM, mailing-list provider, analytics service, backend, or runtime AI classifier. The email link opens your email app with a short template; sending the message is your choice.
Include only the minimum detail needed for optional feedback or update interest. Do not include customer names, quote values, ingredient supplier details, business settings, payment details, or other sensitive app-local data.
Non-urgent path

Basic abuse resistance comes from using no embedded web form or automated endpoint. The fallback mailbox is feedback@portionmargin.com. A service-backed form, CAPTCHA, mailing list, runtime AI classifier, or auto-reply flow would need a separate privacy, abuse, cost, retention, and fallback review before launch.
